• If you see the “Install Microsoft Silverlight” in the top left corner, please click on it to begin downloading Silverlight. • Make sure to select “Continue” every time it appears. Accept the license agreement and then click on “Install.” • Once the installation is complete, click on “Close.” • Click on Safari located on the top Menu bar (horizontal bar located at the very top of your monitor). Uncheck “Block Pop-Up windows” and go back to our homepage. • Once on the homepage, click on “Launch Tool” to open the tool.
