How do I download Microsoft Silverlight on a MAC using Firefox 3 or 4?
• You will see the “Install Microsoft Silverlight” in the top left corner of our homepage; please click on it to begin downloading Silverlight. • Click on “Save File” in the pop-up that appears. • Once the Downloads window opens, please double-click on the “Silverlight.dmg” item. • Now double-click on the Silverlight item that appears in another window. • Make sure to select “Continue” every time it appears. Accept the license agreement and then click on Install. • Close the Silverlight window and go back to the www.marketsmith.com homepage. You should now see a button that states “Launch Tool.” • If you see a horizontal message across the top that states “Firefox prevented this site form opening a pop-up window”, please click on the “Preferences” button on the right corner. Then select “Allow pop-ups from www.marketsmith.com.” • Click on “Launch Tool” one more time and a second window will open the tool.
