When logged in to a Net Bank session, go to the “Home Banking” drop down box. Select the option “Download”; click the “Go” button. Follow the prompts. Download formats available are: • Open Financial Exchange (.OFX – for Microsoft Money) • Open Financial Exchange (.QFX – for Intuit Quicken) • Intuit Interchange Format (.IIF – for Intuit QuickBooks) • Personal Finance (.QIF) • Spreadsheet (.CSV) • Word Processing (.TXT) If you download for Money, Quicken or QuickBooks, the file downloaded does not automatically update transactions in the reconcilement software application. Instead, when downloading you are asked to save the information in a file. You then need to access your reconcilement software and import the file. Prosperity does not provide support for using any reconcilement software packages, only downloading the history file. If you have questions about using your reconcilement software and importing the history file, you will need to contact their software support.
