How do I download forms from ICPweb?
Forms can be downloaded by simply clicking on the link. Word forms will open in a new Word document separate of your browser, and PDF forms will open in your Adobe reader. Once the forms are opened, they can be saved to your computer. Note: only the Word forms will save the data entered in them unless you have Adobe Acrobat. The Adobe Acrobat Reader does NOT save data entered into the form.
