How do I download Downloads and Plug-ins (i.e., plug-ins, Flash, etc)?

To download programs necessary to support premium content, such as Flash or plug-ins, go to My Portal>Access Management>Downloads. In “Downloads”, select the program you are interested in downloading by clicking on the name. You will be taken to another page that will give you directions for downloading.
