How do I download Commercial Base Prices to my DM100i, DM200L Series Meter?
Download Instructions for your DM100i/DM200L Before you begin: • Make sure your meter is connected to an analog phone line that is not shared by any other machine (such as a fax). If you use PC Meter Connect software, make sure your meter is connected to your PC. • The update may take up to 30 minutes to complete and will require 2 connections to the Pitney Bowes Data Center. 1. Press the Add Postage key. 2. Select Check PBP balance (the system connects to the Pitney Bowes Data Center). 3. The PBP Balance screen displays. Press the Red No key at the prompt to add postage. 4. Select Get update now at the next screen. Various files are downloaded. (Please note: downloading the files can take up to 20 minutes. If your meter has been downloading the files for more than 30 minutes, you may have lost the connection with our data center.
