To download a polytone, your mobile phone must have WAP or GPRS enabled. Please contact your Mobile Phone Carrier for assistance with setting this up. Before you download a polytone from SMSPup.com, make sure you have sufficient memory on your phone. Most of these are under 10kb in size. If you are not sure how to check your phone’s available memory, consult your manual. Once you have ordered your polytone we will send you a WAP Push message (service message) saying “SMSPup Polytone”. Open the message and you should be able to save the content onto your phone when prompted. Once saved your phone may ask you whether to play it or not. As this is now saved onto your mobile phone, you will be able to make it your ringtone as per your mobile phone‘s manual.
