How do I download a large file into floppy (diskette)?

The short answer, No, you can’t. Recent releases of Netscape are all larger than 1.44MB, unless you have superdisk or zip driver. However, you can do that with third party software. You still need to download to your HD (harddrive) first, then separate the large file into many small files. Programmes such as WinZip, WinAce(recommended) or other major compression tools should provide this feature (called multi-volume or disk spanning). For more detail about how to use those features, check the Help section provided by the software.
