How do I download a complete IFP for off-line viewing?
The Download to CD HomeSight Utility can be used to create a complete IFP which can be viewed from any computer, even without internet access. The Download to CD utility is accessible through the online IFP (click on the button of the left side of the page) or from a registered user’s HomeSight account by going to the Order History tab, clicking on the property address, and then clicking on the Download to CD button on the left side of the page. The utility will first prompt you to save the zip file which will be created. Click on Continue to save this file. After the download is complete, a Downloads window should open; from there click on Open to open the zip file. Select the location and folder name to extract the files. After the files are extracted, open the folder where the files were extracted to and copy these files to a CD using a CD burning program.
