How do I document PCard and Purchase Order payments associated with a “T” number?

When processing a reimbursement, any PCard, Purchase Order or other OSU payments (non Travel system payments) can be documented in the comments field or by attachment. A future enhancement to the system will permit entry of these expense amounts.
