Obviously there are no guarantees this will work, but you’d be surprized how often people give their number out for online classified ads or business listings. If they have ever done this, the cell phone number would come up in the search. Just remember to type the cell phone number in with double quotes around it – ie. “123-456-7890” instead of 123-456-7890. By putting the quotes around it, Google will treat the number as one word/phrase instead of 3 different words, giving you much more accurate results. If this doesn’t work & you really want to find out who it is, you may have to look into one of the paid directories, but this is definitely worth a try first before you fork out any money.
