If a simple uninstall and reinstall doesn’t resolve your issues with the Woopra Desktop Client, please try a clean uninstall and reinstallation of Woopra. While it is rarely required, we’ve found some installation issues with some Windows XP and Vista setups. If necessary, to do a clean uninstall of Woopra: • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program. • Uninstall Woopra. • Go to \Program Files\Woopra (Win) or Applications Folder (Mac) and delete the directory. • Go to \Users\\Woopra (Win) and delete the directory. For Mac, ensure Woopra is no longer listed in your Finder program. • Run a clean registry utility to clean out any Woopra data that might remain.
