How do I dispute a charge on my Pcard account?
The Cardholder should promptly contact the merchant first to discuss the problem. Most disputes can be resolved with this first step. If the vendor fails to promptly credit your account, complete the dispute form in the back of the Pcard Policies and Procedures Manual and fax it to Bank of America at the number indicated on the form.
