To disable the Meebo chat bar, go to your profile page by clicking “My Profile” next to your username in the upper left-hand corner of every page. Then, click “Noficiation Settings” in the left-hand column. Under the heading “Interaction With Other Members,” uncheck the “Enable the Meebo chat bar” setting. Click “Update Profile” button at the bottom.
