To disable ClearContext in Outlook 2003 and earlier, select Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options… > COM Add-Ins… and uncheck the box next to ClearContext. To disable ClearContext in Outlook 2007, select Tools > Trust Center > Add-ins > Manage COM Add-Ins… and uncheck the box next to ClearContext. To remove ClearContext go to the Windows Control Panel, select Add/Remove Programs, and click the remove button on the ClearContext entry.
