If your entity was created before January 1, 2006, and it has not filed a statement of early adoption with our office, then it is not governed by the BOC. If your entity was created before January 1, 2006, and it has filed a statement of early adoption with our office, then it is governed by the BOC. If your entity was created on or after January 1, 2006, then it is governed by the BOC.
