HOW DO I DETERMINE THE VALUE OF A CERTIFIED COIN THAT GRADES MS-61 OR MS-62 COMPARED TO A CERTIFIED ONE THAT GRADES MS-60 OR MS-63?
That would depend on the denomination of the coin since there is no hard and fast rule that there is a percentage difference between the grades. You need to find a price guide that publishes the MS-61 and MS-62 grades and does not jump from Ms-60 to Ms-63 like the Redbook.
