How do I determine the cost of airmail shipping for delivery outside the U.S. or Canada?
Please e-mail orders@midwiferytoday.com and request an airmail quote; include the item(s) you want to order. We will e-mail you the cost for airmail shipping. You may also place your order and type in the Notes field that you would like an airmail quote. After we have notified you of the cost for airmail, we require confirmation that you accept the additional charge. Please e-mail your acceptance of the airmail charge to orders@midwiferytoday.com. If we do not receive confirmation within one week the order will ship at the regular surface rate.
