How do I determine product availability for uBid Direct Auctions?
All products are limited to supply on hand. uBid makes no guarantee of continued availability should an item be unexpectedly out of stock. Of course if that is the case your transaction will be refunded. The active nature of auctions makes it impossible for us to replace or exchange merchandise that is found to be DOA (defective on arrival or damaged on arrival) or lost in shipping. No inventory will be reserved for replacements or exchanges; however, the same items may be offered again in new auctions if we receive them at a later date.
