Printer Status WindowTurn on the printer and wait for it to cycle through the power settings. Open a document and use the application’s menu to print a copy of the file. The Printer Status application will launch automatically every time you print a file. Check the ink cartridge levels displayed in the upper left corner of the status window.Printer ToolsPower on the printer and wait while it cycles the power settings. Open a document and click the “File” menu. Select “Print” and click the “Properties” or “Preferences” button. Select the “Service” tab and click “Service this Device” to launch the Printer Tools box.
