How do I destroy my EntroPay Virtual Card?
To destroy your EntroPay Virtual Card please follow these steps: • Log onto your EntroPay Account and click on ‘Account Settings’ tab • Click on ‘Destroy a Card’ button and from the drop-down menu select the card you wish to destroy • Click ‘Next’, confirm the details and click ‘Submit’ Notes: Once you destroy your EntroPay Virtual Card any remaining funds on the card (after any outstanding purchases have been settled) will be automatically credited to your Default EntroPay Virtual Card which can take up to 30 days. This is because VISA International allows merchants up to 30 days to settle a charge. Do not destroy your EntroPay Virtual Card unless you are sure that you do not wish to use it again. Once a card is destroyed you will not be able to load or re-use this card. Do not destroy your EntroPay Virtual Card if you are expecting a refund from a merchant to be credited back to that card!
