To initiate a deregistration from the Utility Standing Instruction, you need to call the customer service helpline and place a deregistration request. The Standing Instruction will be deregistered within 48 hours. In some case – if you are non contactable for 1 week after generation of the first bill report, you are deregistered automatically from the Standing Instruction Functionality.
