Downloadand install to your desktop development PC a “Developer” version of theservice pack (the download title will read something like: “MicrosoftÂ®.NET Compact Framework 1.0 SPx Developer Redistributable”) from: http://msdn.microsoft.com/mobility/downloads/updates/default.aspx Thenext step is to copy the appropriate .NET Compact Framework cab file(as per next paragraph) to the emulator. From within the emulator pointFile Explorer to a share on your PC and then copy and paste the cab tosomewhere on the emulator’s file system. Now launch the cab file fromFile Explorer and answer “Yes” if asked to overwrite anything.
