Applicants who have received their Child Development Permit must include a copy of it with their MarinCARES application. If the Child Development Permit has not been received before the MarinCARES application is due, a copy of the Child Development Permit application (Yellow form 41-4) and proof of mailing of the permit application should be submitted with the MarinCARES application as documentation.
