How do I delete Upoc messages?
You cannot delete the messages in your message history. They will, however, disappear after they are 1-2 days old. On your combined message history page, up to 500 messages from the past day are stored, while your most recent personal messages can be accessed by going to “organize my messages” and selecting the “personal” tab. From the “groups” tab, you can view your messages from the last 30 days, or 500 messages. To delete Upoc voice messages, dial 973-242-1550 and log in with your Upoc ID (your cell phone number) and password. After listening to the message, select option 3 to delete it. You can also choose to delete all your messages in bulk by selecting option 8.
