How do I delete records from RouteManager?
All customer, billing, sales, work order and accounts receivable records within the RouteManager are deleted using the Archive program. This program removes obsolete records from your RouteManager system and places them in a backup database on your hard drive called Archive. It is recommended you run the Archive program once per month if your system has been installed for more than one year. You should always do a backup before you run the Archive program. It is recommended you run the Repair and Compact Database program sometime after your run the Archive program (it does not have to be run immediately after the Archive program). The Repair and Compact Database program will reorganize and compress your RouteManager database for optimal speed and efficiency.
