How do I delete or remove unused product icons from Programs or Start Menu on the Pocket PC?
Tried to delete the product but still icon is present. RESOLUTION: Please uninstall the Skyscape product from your WinCE (Pocket PC) using the instructions below: Uninstall Product from Pocket PC • Perform a soft reset on your device • On your Pocket PC Go to Start | Settings | System | Remove • Remove Skyscape ‘product name’ data • Remove Skyscape ‘product name’ reader. If you are unable to delete all files by the “remove programs” function, please continue with step 3 to delete the files using File Explorer on the Pocket PC. • On your Pocket PC Go to Start | Programs | File Explorer | My Device follow steps below according where you installed the product. • MAIN MEMORY INSTALL -Follow these steps • Tap on Program files • Tap on Skyscape folder • Tap on Product Name folder and hold, choose Delete from the menu that appears. • If you have a memory card then also check the steps for Storage card.
