JR, Neon gave bad advice. TrixR4Kidz is partially correct; his method is correct in that you need to remove it via the Add/Remove Programs tool in the Control Panel. Some programs leave behind directories and registry keys that the Windows uninstaller miss. This is unfortunately by design, with the assumption that at some future point you will re-install. In reality this is sloppy design. After the uninstaller has finished, browse C:\Program Files and look for any directories (folders) associated with the program. If you find any delete them: right-click and select “Delete” from the context menu. Next, look for any stray registry keys in the registry editor by clicking Start->Run, then type regedit.exe and either press or click the button. Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER, then expand Software and look for the program manufacturer name. If you file a key, delete by right-clicking it and selecting “Delete” from the context menu. Lastly, expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and do the same thi

I interpret ur prob as ” u wanna delete a program from ur PC without getting into any of ur user accounts”( pls giv more specific qs or correct me if wrong) For that u need to hav ms-dos on PC then go to that folder with dos & try running uninstall program of that application if there is any in its folder U can go directly to dos without startin ur windows by pressin F8 immediately after PC starts & select ms-dos.
