How do I delete fax numbers from my PhoneBook?
Select the fax number you want to delete by double clicking the checkbox in the Selection field beside the entry you want to delete. Once it is selected it will be highlighted in green and the checkbox in the selection field will have a check mark in it. Right click the selected entry and choose delete from the dropdown menu. A verification dialogue box will appear, verify that you wan to delete the entry by clicking OK.
