How do I delete e-mail and fax notifications in Ascent?
E-mail and fax notifications can deleted individually or in batches. Follow the steps below to delete notices one at a time. • Display the notice to be deleted in the Shipment Notification Status screen. • Click Delete. Result: A Confirmation box displays. • Click Yes. Follow the steps below to delete multiple notices at once. • Click Zap in the Shipment Notification Status screen. Result: The Delete Old Shipment Notifications dialog box displays. • Specify the number of days to keep notices. • Click OK to delete messages older than the time period indicated.
