How do I delete a student record in SRI/Reading Counts?
Please follow the below steps to properly delete students from Management suite. It is highly suggested that you backup your Database before deleting any student data just as a precaution. Step 1: Unassign students from the teacher. 1.) Log into Scholastic Management Suite as Administrator. 2.) Click on Filter/View by and select the name of a teacher. (Except for All Teachers.) 3.) Press on Edit in the Menu bar at top. 4.) Press on Select All to select all the student assigned to the current teacher selected. 5.) Press Delete on the lower Right Hand side. 6.) Make sure the resulting message says “… UNASSIGN…” 7.) Press Delete only if the Message says “….. UNASSIGN…..” 8.) If it says DELETE instead of UNASSIGN in this prompt press Cancel. 9.) Repeat from step 2 for remaining teacher names. Step 2: Unenroll Students from all programs. 1.)
