Open the Preferences window, then select Plug-ins/Output. Select “Nullsoft Disk Writer” as your output plug-in. Then click `Configure’ and select a directory for WAV file output. The next time you hit the play button, Winamp will start writing a file with the same name as the file you’re playing, but with the .WAV extension, in the directory you specified.
