How do I decline the Hartwick College Health Insurance Coverage?
Your student will remain enrolled in the Hartwick College Health Insurance until the office of student accounts has received written notification that the student has other insurance coverage. The fall semester billing statement includes the health insurance election form that must be completed and returned to the Office of Student Accounts within a specified period of time to decline this coverage. After the deadline has expired, the Hartwick College Health Insurance Coverage will be closed to adjustments and the charge will remain on the student’s billing statement. The online form for 2008-2009 will be available later in June.
