You can select the Polls & Contest tab after clicking on Compose section and selecting a reply number. Thereafter you need to specify Contact Number (through contact group or excel upload), Campaign Name, Keyword, Question, Header-Footer messages, followed by the Start & End dates for the campaign – these are highlighted in Step 1 to 7.
