When you say clothing line, will you be developing your own patterns and fabric designs to be used in your ensembles, or are you looking to print shirts? If you are looking to print on existing shirts, are you looking for silkscreen on cotton knit, heat transfer, or embroidery? There are so many processes that you must consider and the costs are specific to the processes. I cannot answer this question simply. If you have the money, take a class in fashion design, business, marketing or production. You will be introduced to professionals already in the field who can help you to focus your goals very effectively. Don’t stop making your prototypes.
