How do I create leads in Salesforce?
In most cases it makes sense to configure your site to generate Salesforce leads automatically. This can be done with Web-To-Lead forms, which take contact data from enquiries and publish it to Salesforce as a lead. But leads can also be created manually, which is useful for consolidating lead data for both web-based and telephone-based enquiries. To manually create a lead either select Lead from the Create New Dropdown on the sidebar, or click New at the top of the Recent Leads pane in the Leads tab. This will let you input the lead data manually.
