How do I create free slide shows?
Download the free Picasa program. You can find a link to the free download in the Resources section. Click on the new Picasa icon on your desktop. The first time you open the Picasa software, Picasa will automatically search your hard drive for picture files. Depending on the size of your hard drive and the number of pictures you have on it, this process can take up to an hour. Picasa will organize your photos into the same folder groups that you currently use on your computer. On the left-hand side of the Picasa window, find the folder grouping you would like to display as a slide show. Picasa also allows you to create folders and move photos between your folders. Highlight the folder name by clicking on the folder. Near the top of the Picasa window, to the right of the folder groups, click on the icon with the green arrow. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and a toolbar will pop up. Click on the circular button with the triangle in the middle of the tool bar.
