You will need to follow these instructions step by step in order to make your music, hit song, and auidio ring tones. To create free ringtones so, you need 3 programs: • Winamp v5.x, avaliable here: http://www.winamp.com • EtalonSoft Mp3Decode, avaliable here: http://www.etalonsoft.com/mp3decode.html • Windows Sound Recorder : installed by default on all windows-based PCs. Located in the Start Menu->Programs->Accessories->Entertainment • Qualcom’s “PureVoice Converter for Windows”, avaliable to download from: ftp://ftp.eudora.com/eudora/purevoice/windows/PVConverter3_0.zip Once you have all 3 programs installed on your computer, you are ready to create your free ringtones. First you need to extract the PVConverter.zip file into a folder on your hard drive. A good location would be “C:\PVConverter\”.
