How do I create and maintain a Mailing (distribution) List?
Mailing lists are a useful tool for organizing different groups of people into different lists so that sending mail to them requires entering only the name of the mailing list rather than many individual email addresses. You can create “Group Contact” in the following fashion: 1. Click on the “Addresses” button located on the left tool bar. 2. Under Group Contact, click “Create” button at the top of the Mailing List section. 3. Enter a name for your mailing list. 4. Click on the checkboxes of the people you want to include in the list you are creating. 5. Click on Save List. To edit a mailing list: 1. Click on the checkbox next to the mailing list you want to edit (Make sure that you do not have any other address listing checked, or it will interfere with your ability to edit your mailing list.); then click on the Edit button at the top of the Mailing List section. 2.
