How do I create an application for a CBP trusted traveler program?
After you have registered and received your GOES User ID, login to the GOES website with it. If this is the first time you are applying, you will be provided with an option to Enroll in a New Program. Select the program that you wish to enroll in and complete the on-line application. Note: Using multiple GOES accounts to submit more than one application for the same person may result in the possible delay or denial of both applications.
