Select the option to start with only a command line, and press “Enter”. Insert a blank, unformatted floppy disk in the floppy drive. Type the following: cd windows\command smartdrive.exe bootdisk a: Replace the “a” designation with your floppy drive’s assigned letter, if different. Follow the on-screen prompts to finish initializing the boot disk.Create a Boot Disk from WindowsOpen the “Start” menu and highlight “Settings”. Click on “Control Panel”.
