How do I create a Transaction without using WINFormsOnline® or ZipForm®Online?
To create a transaction without using your online forms product (WINFormsOnline® or ZipForm®Online): • Click on the Create New Transaction button • Enter your transaction coversheet information • Browse for your property image • Confirm and Save your changes If you are a Transaction Coordinator or Agent Assistant, you need to select the Agent in your office for this transaction. If you do not see the Agent you are looking for on your list, he or she has not logged in to RELAY™ yet. Visit Site Administration to add the Agent or reset his or her password.
