How do I create a shortcut on my desktop for SCC Dial Up, instead of having to go through My Computer and Dial Up Networking each time?
Double click My Computer, then double click Dial Up Networking, now SINGLE click on SCC Dial Up to highlight the icon. Now right-mouse click on the icon and choose “Send To” and then click on Desktop as Shortcut. You won’t see anything right away happen, but when you close out the opened window, the SCC Dial Up shortcut will be on your desktop. If you get a message asking if you want to create a shortcut on the desktop click “yes.” TROUBLESHOOTING When I worked through my packet I did everything it said.
