From your TV menu, scroll to Recorded TV, select Remote DVR, then choose Create Username. Enter the fields accordingly. New Username: enter 8 characters PIN: 6 to 8 digits password Enter Your PIN: re-enter the 6 to 8 digits password Click on the “Create” button to save new account.
