Every Windows computer with the L&S image (including most CAP computers) includes a program called CutePDF. This program allows you to “print” to a PDF file. To create a PDF with CutePDF Writer: Open the original document. Select Print from the File menu. A window that looks similar to the one below should appear. Depending on which program you print from, the window may have additional options: Find the printer section of the window and open the pull-down labeled Name: to show the list of available printers. Choose CutePDF Writer. Set any other options (which pages to print, layout, etc.) as needed. Once you have finished configuring your document, click OK to “print” the document. The program will go through its print process; you may see some progress bars move or some windows appear.
