How do I create a new greeting using the Click-to-Record a Greeting feature?
When you are in your account, select the Greetings option from the navigation bar. • Select the Add a Greeting button • Select the Click-to-Record a Greeting button to enter the phone number of the telephone near you that you wish to use to make your recording. NOTE: This is not your Phone.com™ Virtual Office number • When finished with your recording, press the # key. • Your recording will be played back. • If you are satisfied with your recording, press 1 to save it, or 2 to try again. • Once the recording is saved, it will appear in the Greetings page.
