How do I Create a New Email Account with SmarterMail3?
To create new email accounts, please follow these steps: • Open a browser window and go to: http://mail.yourdomainname.com • Login as root@yourdomainname.com with the password supplied in your setup email. • From the Settings menu select Email Accounts. • Click Add User. • Enter the necessary information. • Username — enter the name of the user, not the full email address. For example, “sales” would be the username for sales@yourdomainname.com • New Password — enter the password for this user. • Confirm Password — re-enter the password for this user for verification. • Click Save. The remaining information on the ‘Add User’ screen is not required and can be entered at your leisure.
