How do i create a legal document?
From your question it would seem that you are a budding songwriter. If so and you are selling, or even giving away your songs (which would be a bit naive) presumably you want to preserve your copyright over them by creating a contract. Where legal matters are concerned it is best to leave such things to a lawyer to draw up a watertight document although as we all know, very few people stick to contracts. Just look at all of us on this forum, we install software, sign the agreement without reading and then take absolutely no notice of its contents (although of course, the majority of us don’t even know what the contents are!).
