How do I create a JPEG image in Spartan 6 for Windows?
Once you have your molecule(s) displayed the way you wish, simply select “Save As” under the “File” menu. Then name it anything you wish, but ending in .jpg. (You don’t have to select JPEG under the File Type, which is a good thing since there isn’t one!) The resulting image probably won’t be exactly the way you want it. Open your image in an image processing program and touch it up. (The PC’s in the ACL used to be equipped with Microsoft Picture Editor.) You may want to crop the image so that it just displays the molecule of interest, or you may want to scale the image to make it smaller.
