Creating a calendar by hand for a user with limited experience can be tough. For organizing events and keeping visitors informed, a calendar is a very useful tool. Using HTML it is possible to generate a simple calendar that is customizable and suitable for both websites and printing. Visit calpoly.edu/~jdalbey/CalendarMaker.html in your Internet browser. Customise your calendar with the options available. Enter a year, decide on appearance and choose a font size. Click Submit to create your calendar. Make sure pop-up blockers are disabled as the calendar will appear in a pop-up window. View the source code of the pop-up window with your Internet browser. Different browsers will do this differently, but most will allow you to right-click (command-click on Mac) the web page and select from there. Once you have found the code, copy it to the clipboard.
